1. Introduction

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details is a serious violation of these Terms.

By completing the registration process, you confirm that you meet all eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to verify your identity and age at any point. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide valid documents upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Rules

Your Login Baji account is personal to you. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with anyone else, and you must not allow anyone else to use your account to place bets or access casino games on your behalf.

• Each user may hold only one active account. Multi-accounting is prohibited and may result in permanent bans.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact our support team immediately.
• Account credentials must not be shared via social media, group chats, or any third-party platforms.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where reasonable security measures were not followed by the user.

Login Baji accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or gift your account or any account balance to another person. Attempting to do so will result in immediate account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Login Baji are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support a range of local and digital payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit/credit cards, and mobile wallets. Available methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary depending on your account status and verification level.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.
• All deposits must come from a payment source that is registered in your name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

5. Betting Rules

Login Baji offers sports betting across a wide range of markets, with special focus on Cricket (including Pakistan Super League – PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches, and bilateral series), Football, Esports, and other popular sports. The following general betting rules apply across all markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed.
• Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled except where the "Cash Out" feature is available and the user exercises it before settlement.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed within the timeframe specified in the rules for that market, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket, if a PSL match or international fixture is interrupted due to weather or other factors, settlement will follow the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) method if officially applied; otherwise the bet will be voided.
• Login Baji reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (also known as "palpable errors"). Affected users will be notified, and stakes will be returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and may vary. These are displayed before bet confirmation.
• We reserve the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account that shows signs of abuse or arbitrage.

All sports betting outcomes are final once officially settled by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, FIFA, etc.). Live betting is available on selected markets, and live odds fluctuate in real time based on match events.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Login Baji regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. These include welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and special promotions tied to major cricket events like PSL or T20 World Cup. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify how many times the bonus (and sometimes the deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per user. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on the Login Baji platform.

7. Casino & Live Games

Login Baji's casino section includes slots, table games, live dealer games, and other gaming products. The following rules apply to all casino activity on the platform:

• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time. Once a live round begins and you have placed a bet, it cannot be cancelled.
• Technical disconnections during a live game do not automatically void a bet. If a round was completed and your bet was active, the result stands. In cases of clear system error on our end, bets will be reviewed and settled fairly.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Login Baji. Violation of any of these may result in account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals:

• Fraud & Collusion: Colluding with other users to manipulate bet outcomes, match results, or casino games.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, or using any method to artificially meet wagering requirements.
• Money Laundering: Using Login Baji to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a legitimate deposit with your payment provider after using those funds on the platform.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds differences across platforms or markets in a way that constitutes abuse of our pricing.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any other individual to access or use your Login Baji account.
• Underage Gambling: Any attempt by a person under 18 years of age to register or use the platform, or by any adult to facilitate such access.

Login Baji employs monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activity. If we identify suspicious behaviour, we may place a temporary hold on your account while an investigation is conducted. We will communicate the outcome to you in a timely manner.

9. Privacy & Data

Login Baji collects and processes personal data necessary to provide its services, verify your identity, process payments, and meet security obligations. This includes your name, CNIC details, contact information, and transaction history.

10. Suspension & Termination

Login Baji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its discretion if:

• The user violates any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• The user provides false information during registration or verification.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised against a legitimate transaction.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a relevant authority.

Where an account is suspended due to a suspected violation, we will aim to complete our investigation within 14 business days. If no violation is confirmed, the account will be reinstated and any withheld balances returned. If a violation is confirmed, Login Baji reserves the right to permanently close the account and retain any balance associated with the violation.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests under Responsible Gaming will be handled as described in Section 12.

11. Limitation of Liability

Login Baji provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

• We are not liable for any losses you incur as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform — winning and losing are inherent to gambling.
